July-Oct, CMAW offers 5 day painting workshops, plein air and studio, with top tier artists from around the country, We have gorgeous scenery outside and 1000 sq feet of Studio inside (should the weather not cooperate! ) Rockland has a busy working harbor, nearby quaint sea side villages, historic architecture, great food, galleries, a light house and an art museum! Your week includes lavish personal attention from CMAW, fine instruction from your teacher and the opportunity to paint our beautiful Maine Coast. This year, 2012, we also have classes on a nearby island, and in France! (In 2013, Bermuda and Italy!!) .
