Shapers is a co-ed fitness facility founded by a group of seven womem and dedicated to the health and wellness of its members. The gym is locally owned and operated and offers a clean, convenient and friendly atmosphere. The exercise facility has resistance machines, elliptical trainer, stationary bike, treadmill, free weights, exercise balls, stretching bands, steppers and hula hoops. Off-site classes in Tai Chi, Yoga, Exercise Ball and Pilates are offered and there are many membership options available. Shapers is conveniently located off the municipal parking lot under the Damariscotta River Grill. Hours are 6am - 6:30pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 12 noon on Saturdays. Closed Sunday.
